For years, Charly Loisel has combined passion, expertise, and exacting standards in his creations of organic breads that tell the naturally exceptional story of the French tradition of the baguette, bread, and pastries.

The key is the use of local organic flours: from Mont Ventoux, country wheat from the Portes Rouges region of Moissac Bellevue, and flour from the Colagne mill in Lozère.

Fresh organic bread kneaded and baked every night and every morning, carefully prepared in Sainte-Maxime and Port Grimaud.
